This evening at 5:38pm (ET), the U.S. House of Representatives held a moment of silence for the victims of the violent storms and tornadoes of April 27 and 28.  Rep. Tom Graves (GA-09) stood in the well of the House chamber alongside other representatives of seriously affected areas.
